Handicap and Rating Revalidation Time

PHRF handicap and IRC rating certificates expire at the end of May so it’s time to revalidate.

Applications for revalidation can be completed now for the new season, and Jenny Clarke from Yachting New Zealand reports that she has already processed around thirty applications with more coming in daily.
