RNZYS: National Youth Training Week

On at Kawau Island between 5th and 11th December, 2010 application are invited from around the country to attend the 2010 Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron’s National Youth Training Week. This year the NEW fleet of 10 Elliott 7m training boats (pictured here) will be used!

Yacht Clubs from around New Zealand are invited to send a four person youth crew to share in the intensive sailing experience synonymous with the world-renowned RNZYS Lion Foundation Youth Training Programme. This week of training gives young sailors the opportunity to receive intensive theoretical and practical instruction in the various aspects of competitive keelboat racing in a disciplined environment.

Applications close 22nd November. Ten teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register early! If you miss the close off date please contact the RNZYS coaching staff.
