Today didn't go our way. We had two straight losses in the semi finals to a team we had not looked liked losing to given our previous round robin matches. Credit must go to Tim Coltman and his team for taking the opportunities as they arose. We are very disappointed as we really felt the crew and team work were on song. However, the initial lanes we picked from the start line didn't come to fruition. This was the
frustrating part because we sailed to our plan but it wasn't to be.
William Tiller beat Josh Junior in the other semi final and went on to win the event. We beat Josh in the 3rd 4th sail off.
The team would like to say a special thanks to SLAM New Zealand for their great sailing apparel and the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron for their support.
